Traditional boxing classes offer groups and individuals the opportunity to specialise in one of the founding fighting arts.
All beginner boxers should start on an 8 Week level 1 course before progressing to level 2. These courses cover most essential techniques and combinations, with the gradual introduction to light sparring.
Our mixed ability boxing classes emphasise the importance of timing and distancing, which is best achieved through the introduction of controlled sparring. As students advance they will be equipped with a high level of skill, control and discipline, so they can progress with minimum risk of injury.
