All classes begin with a warm up followed by active and dynamic stretches and foundation fighting techniques. Students will then wear protective equipment (gloves provided by gym), whist executing and receiving combination techniques with a partner. Sessions may also include bag work, shadow fighting, plyometrics and core stability exercises, plus controlled sparring is available to advanced students (optional). Relaxing and stretching exercises help us conclude every session.
All students should wear comfortable workout clothes. We train on a soft matted studio in our socks or bare feet, so no need for trainers. We recommend you bring a bottle of drinking water, which can also be purchased at the Paragon desk.
