All beginners should start on a foundation level 1 course before progressing to complete levels 2 and 3. This enables the students to learn all the essential techniques and combinations so that training at a higher level becomes a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
Once red belt level has been achieved students gain access to a variety of higher level classes. These include non-contact intermediate/advanced technical classes, controlled sparring classes and body conditioning workouts.
