Keith has demonstrated there are no limits to what one can achieve having
spent his entire life growing and developing as both a Martial artist and an
inspirational human being. Both the students and instructors at the Paragon
gym regard him as the ultimate role-model, through his example in
dedication, commitment and constant development.

Keith has one of the most outstanding competitive CV's having represented
WAKO GB at World and European championships in light contact during a 7 year spell as UK number one. He currently holds the British Pro full-contact
title at -54kg. He is a truly remarkable athlete that never ceases to amaze
and challenge our physiological expectations.
