Lydia has extensive tournament experience competing in national, European and world championships.
She became British WKA light continuous champion in 2004 and has since accumulated numerous medals in both light and full contact tournaments.

With her years of teaching and training experience Lydia brings impeccable technical advice to her sessions and is a much loved member of the Paragon team.
