Lisa is one of our more experienced instructors at the gym, and is also a qualified personal trainer. Her passion for learning new methods of training to integrate into her kickboxing one to one  sessions means her students always have a new and interesting workout. Having started at the gym as a complete beginner, and finally achieving her black belt in 2014, Lisa knows what it is like to learn the sport from the bottom up and has both the patience and the drive to ensure that her students achieve their goals.
