If you’re looking for boxing classes in London, Paragon Gym is the perfect place to begin your training or take your skills to the next level.

We offer group boxing classes at a variety of levels, as well as one to one boxing training. Both options give the opportunity for you to specialise in one of the founding fighting arts - boxing!

 

Boxing is incredibly popular right now, and rightly so! It's one of the best forms of exercise out there and will improve every aspect of your fitness - cardiovascular, strength, stamina, muscle tone, and coordination. It's an incredible stress reliever and is great for your brain too. Most importantly, it's fun! You'll never have to dread going to the gym again - instead, you'll be looking forward to your next workout.

Our classes are led by a carefully selected team of trainers, who will ensure each workout is different whilst challenging you both physically and mentally.

We offer boxing classes for all levels

We teach all boxing levels, from complete novice to advanced.  Beginners should start on a Level 1 course before progressing to Level 2. These courses cover the essential techniques and combinations, with a gradual introduction to light sparring.

How will I develop my boxing skills at Paragon?

Our mixed ability boxing classes emphasise the importance of timing and distancing, which is best achieved through the introduction of controlled sparring and padwork drills. As students advance they will be equipped with a high level of skill, control and discipline, so they can progress with minimal risk of injury.
 

If you are an advanced boxer, we invite you to initially come to a foundation level class so that we can assess both your fitness and control levels, before moving on to the advanced boxing classes. Contact us or call 020 3417 8910 to book a free trial session.

What boxing equipment
do I need?

We have communal boxing gloves that you can borrow for the duration of the beginner courses, or if you prefer, you can purchase your own. We sell gloves at the gym. 

 

If you’re attending an intermediate/advanced class or a sparring session, you must wear a mouth guard which is available to buy at our gym reception. In addition, our advanced boxers may also wear a head guard and boxing shoes, but these are not a requirement.

Beginner Boxing

Classes run on Mondays & Wednesdays at 8.30 - 9.30pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6 - 7pm
Courses include an additional catch-up class on Saturdays
at 10am

Level 2
Boxing

Classes run on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8.30pm
Includes an additional catch-up class on Saturdays at 10am

Advanced

Boxing

Classes run Monday - Friday
Open to all students who have completed Boxing Levels 1 & 2

Boxing Bootcamp

Classes run on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7-8am
Open to students at Level 2 and above
