We are based in Shoreditch, East London, just a short walking distance from Liverpool Street, Old Street and Shoreditch High Street.

We offer group kickboxing classes at a variety of levels, as well as one to one training.

Both options give you the opportunity to develop your fitness, technique, stamina and a warrior mindset. 
 

We have dedicated classes for all levels, from beginner courses to intermediate and advanced group classes, and sparring. Our classes are led by a carefully selected team of trainers, including current and former kickboxing champions and other accomplished martial artists.

Kickboxing Classes Timetable

If you have prior kickboxing experience, please get in touch to discuss which class is best suited to you.

Beginner Kickboxing

Classes run on Mondays & Wednesdays (8 week course)

and Tuesdays & Thursdays (6 week course)
Courses include an additional Saturday catch-up class at 12.30pm

Levels

2 & 3

Classes run on Tuesdays & Thursdays (8 week course)
Courses include an additional Saturday catch-up class at 12.30pm

Intermediate

Classes run Monday to Saturday
Open to students of red belt standard and above. 
Available upon completion of L1, L2 & L3 foundation levels. 

Advanced

Classes run Mondays & Wednesdays
Advanced classes include sparring.
We also offer additional fighter training bootcamps in the lead-up to competitions and belt gradings.
